Statement:
ASTM standards have been totally introduced in the national standards and are based on American machines. However our instrument is greatly different from American machines in structure and measurement and control system. Therefore, the clauses that are described in the standards and related to instrument structure and measurement and control system are different from those for our instrument. However the clauses concerning test principle, test method and assessment principle are consistent. For this reason, our instrument is still in accordance with the national standards (equivalent to ASTM standards) in the measurement and assessment result.
